Dreadful service from a totally disinterested colleague. Particularly impressed with the finger tapping on his chair as we considered our options…..the option chosen was to leave the store and to never return. Happy Days.

Fellow Tourists BEWARE! My husband and I came here for sim cards and have had nothing but problems. The fellow who did my husband’s just input a bunch of bogus information into the system to speed up the process. When he wanted to try to log into is account a few days later, he spent ages with customer support trying to gain access since all of the security questions, birthdate and everything was gibberish! Also, make sure to ask about how „Unlimited“ the calling and text in your plan is. WHY WOULD YOU NOT TELL TOURISTS THAT THEY HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO CALL HOTELS.

Went to the store last week. A guy came over. To help me, but he kept looking up the shop at the 2 other guys they were laughing. And looking back at me. He let me go on for a while. Then after all that they said we only take cards. I felt so uncomfortable in the shop. It was like they was grinning and laughing at me. I’m disabled and walk with a mobility walker I got out the shop and burst into tears. I’ve been a Vodafone customer for over 30 years. But I’m now changing because I will never step foot in that shop again.

Absolutely awful service. Have been a Customer of Vodafone for about 20 years or more and phoned up and upgraded with a rep on the 26th May to Android instead of Apple. Also upgraded to get a full Fibre Broadband and was on the phone for an hour or more. Told rep on the phone that on the 29th May I was going to be on Holiday in Italy. Rep said no problem my nearest store which was Church St Liverpool would hold the phone till I got back. Cut a long story short I then received a text message on the day I was flying out on Holiday to Italy that my phone had arrived that day and they would only hold it for 7 days. I had my flight at 6.50am that same day so couldn’t contact Vodafone and 3 days after (whilst I was in Italy) I constantly got texts to say Vodafone will only only hold my new phone for so many days before it would be cancelled and sent back. I was only in Italy for 7 days bearing in mind the original rep who ordered my upgrade never ever mentioned any time limit to picking up my new phone neither saying anything about it would get cancelled or sent back. I spoke to Vodafone whilst I was in Italy and spoke with a man who assured me if I phoned a mobile number (which I have a log of on my phone) including all messages I have spoke to Vodafone the whole time I was on holiday. The man assured me at Vodafone to leave a message and someone would call me back. Was also assured by Vodafone that all notes were recorded and logged on my account to say they would keep the phone in store for me to collect when I got back a week later. So I returned from Italy on Wednesday the 5th June and was told by Vodafone on early Wednesday morning returning home from the Airport that I could collect my phone from Church Street Store. Rushed home, dropped my luggage at the house and got a taxi straight to the Store on Church Street – walked in and after paying £20 in taxi fares and cost of calls made to Vodafone(whilst I was on holiday in Italy) to be told by staff that my mobile phone upgrade which was a Samsung Galaxy Z-Flip 5 had been cancelled and sent back. Staff weren’t willing to help in any way and just looked at each other as if I was stupid considering all my guarantees from Vodafone recently. I felt the staff did not care in any way and never once mentioned anything to me about being sorry they just left me to walk out the shop. I’ve been a Salesperson and was in utter shock in how I was treated as a female customer. The next day I phoned Vodafone again after taking a day off work because I was so utterly disgusted by the service received and had a major panic attack after leaving the store after the way I was treated like dirt on someone’s shoe. I spoke with Vodafone again and they assured me my phone hadn’t been cancelled and I could again pick up from church St. Again I paid out for a taxi and got there just after 3.30pm and the staff messed with me for nearly 2 hours to them say again there was a phone but they couldn’t release it from the store. I left after 5pm with no phone and spoke with Joe who was told by a Manager Peter early this morning to issue my phone. What a load of rubbish I was promised all kinds by numerous reps of Vodafone who assured me I could collect my new upgrade to then be spoken too by a young representative because Joe the so called Manager didn’t wanted to speak to me originally because he knew I would sound off to him and blatantly without any disregard for the Customer always being right then voiced lies about the original representative who sold me the phone should have told me the new upgrade would only be held for 7 days considering I told her everything about me going on holiday a few days after. Sales Manager needs training in how to help Customers as he didn’t offer me anything in return and no apologies were made considering, calls, time, effort on calls to Vodafone whilst I was on holiday. They have a log of everything but basically fobbed me off. I told Joe to cancel all my contract with my phone and the new full fibre broadband (to which the new hub got delivered today by DPD)
