If there was a zero rating I would have chosen probably chosen that number. I am trying to cancel my application with this company but there is absolutely no one to speak to me. When they were asking for my payslips and bank statements they were communicating via email quickly now I am left to struggle. Wonder how this kind of place still even have a website to trick people this way.

I haven’t had any issues with debits or anything of that matter .. The only thing that’s upsetting is the fact they’re not transparent with you. They don’t give you feedback so nothing. I had to send me bank statements via email yesterday afternoon and I still haven’t gotten any feedback. I’m a loyal customer that never missed a payment, yet we get this treatment and I think it’s uncalled for.

Debit order was deducted after account was already settled – then my account was handed over to a debt collection agency. 3 months later and still no resolution, I have been told the payment was not allocated because the incorrect payment reference was used. That’s it. Nothing done to rectify after numerous emails and calls. I am owed money by these people and they are blatantly refusing to assist me.

Worst service, so my payslip shows I get paid in USD, the money goes directly into my bank account and is converted into ZAR every month, they refuse to offer me a loan because of this. I won’t recommend this service to anyone. They also will never respond to emails, I spoke with someone and asked her to call me back if we get disconnected twice, she did not call me back at all.
