DBP OFW Loan

The Development Bank of the Philippines offers an OFW-specific loan program from PHP 10,000 to PHP 300,000 at annual rates of 10% to 12%, targeted at productive and emergency purposes including business establishment and educational expenses for dependents. DBP is a government financial institution and is not bound by profit-maximization constraints, resulting in more favorable terms than commercial bank alternatives. Applications are lodged through DBP branches or authorized partner institutions.
