Land Bank OFW Loan

Land Bank of the Philippines, a government financial institution, provides OFW loans from PHP 10,000 to PHP 500,000 at annual rates of 10% to 12%, offering longer repayment terms of up to 60 months compared to most commercial OFW loan products. The program is designed to support OFW livelihood and family development objectives and is accessible at Land Bank branches throughout the Philippines. Beneficiaries or attorneys-in-fact can process applications on behalf of the OFW borrower.
