OWWA Multi-Purpose Loan

The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Multi-Purpose Loan is a government-backed credit facility exclusively for active OWWA member OFWs, offering loans from PHP 10,000 to PHP 100,000 at an annual interest rate of 10%, which is substantially lower than commercial lenders. The program is administered in partnership with Land Bank of the Philippines and DBP, with applications processed at OWWA Regional Welfare Offices. OWWA membership contribution of USD 25 per contract year is required for eligibility.
