Cons
- Daily fee structure makes it expensive if not repaid quickly
- Overdraft limit is determined by Safaricom algorithm with no user appeal process
- Overuse can result in limit reduction
- Late repayment negatively affects M-Pesa usage and can lead to CRB listing
- Not suitable as a substitute for conventional loans due to cost

- Active M-Pesa account registered for at least 6 months
- Kenyan national ID
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Active M-Pesa usage history as assessed by Safaricom
- No outstanding defaults on Fuliza balance
